Hello everyone!! My name is Bryan and I just bought my first trainer, a Cycleops Mag. I have used it for two days and both times my crotch has gone completely numb, no feeling whatsoever, and I have been having some pain/numbness in my left foot two outside toes
. I have tried to make some adjustments to the saddle(fizik pave) by leveling it with my TT and I have loosened up my shoe(sidi?? w/candyC's). Nothing seems to work?? Also I have been using the video which came with the trainer, it makes doing a workout so much easier!! I am not up to the level in the video, I skimp on intensity not time. How should I use this video in an excersise schedule. Video one day, recovery ride the next, rotating back and forth. I know my questions are a bit scattered within this mess of a paragraph, but any help would be great!
