I have an easy bike commute (~30 miles per week) that I have done nearly every work day for the last 24 years. On Sunday mornings I usually get in an ~70 mile ride before the family is fully awake. This ride varies, but is almost always around that distance. The rest of my riding depends on how I can schedule my time, but I can usually find space in there for two or more 25 to 35 miles rides during the week.
