Here's a run-down on the fixie garage for the couple of questions:
Building address 1490 Dundas St East. One apartment is opening in this building and there's one "in back". Building is three stories with, I think, eight units each (I think, or ten). Back building is two stories with either four or six apartments. No out of suite storage <-- sucks hard. Hydro cost in the winter: hard to say as I just moved in in March. I think a two month bill was around $110 or so. Shrink wrapping the windows would likely help immensely though I didn't bother. Give me another week or so and my place will be suitable for informal inspections.
