Not in the same way, but I've been riding next to where a car crash happened. This was going uphill from Edgewater to Fort Lee, where it is very steep. Car pulls out of driveway on the other side and crashes into a downhill driver. I got kept riding as it happened almost behind as well as next to me (I saw it about to happen though) and there was no way I could stop on that narrow bit of uphill road with crazy car commuters behind, annoyed at the cyclist chugging up the hill.
