Hah! Most of the time when I'm on my bike, I have the laptop in my pannier.... I could just pull over at the next park.

Barring that, I bet you could rig up something from one of those laptop mounts that bolts into a truck... Could be fun. :-p

Then again, a PDA and the one-handed keyboard that I saw the other day would probably work just as well, and be more cyclo-friendly.
