I get this feeling and to me its a symptom of detoxing heavy metals. Its kind of like pins and needles but a bit more on the sharp but fewer side. Heavy metals and other toxic substances have an affinity for fat or are fat soluble. We store toxins in our body fat and then when we exercise hard and burn fat we mobilise the toxins again and hopefully excrete them although mobilising toxins and excreting them are two different issues.

Anyway its probably a good sign realy if you can tolerate it. If it becomes too much you could try a detoxifyer called Chlorella although the initial response to Chlorella may be to bring on a stronger detoxification response but Chlorella does bind to metals which allows them to be excreted safely.

I believe the tingling feeling is due to a nerve response.
