Mars -- too bad about the pedals.
I forgot the main question of this week. I have lost 40 pounds since I started the VLC. Since my wife long predates the VLC I won't add her in. Since we haven't gotten rid of a car I can't claim any great gains there. After the first year I have also slowed the cash hemorhage to support my bike habit. There have still been a few big ticket items, but nothing like that first year.
