I just cut out crud like unneeded carbs, all soda, all alcohol, do low fat this or that here and there. I love meats and veggies, and I try to cook with various spices and what not to liven things up. I eat quite a bit actually. Have lost 51 lbs since January. Changed my lifestyle rather than do a diet, and it worked wonders. I have wanted nothing to do with the various fad diets.. just wanted to make changes that I can stick with in the long run. I have wound up with so much energy, which I direct at my biking. Really loving life this summer!
