My favourite quote came from a 70 y.o. friend - we were riding along at a decent pace, chatting and enjoying the day when we were passed by a younger pair of riders on a slight incline, I started to pick up the pace to keep up with them when he told me "Don't worry, when you are passed by someone half your age, that is how it is supposed to be"
