Yes, excellent kickstand! The German one, that is.
I also think Specialized got it right on this one; they built a road bike for 'the rest of us'. I bought my Elite three weeks ago and can't ride it enough, even with the cheesy saddle. And the drop bars, I'm either gonna cut them off below the brakes or install TT style. I just can't breathe down there, even with the 'up' geometry. This bike has very long legs and really covers ground. I have over 300 miles so far. The saddle will go. It gets pretty hot at about 60 miles and doesn't cool off after that. I'm going to give the B-17 another try. Thick hide stays very cool over distance. With the semi-upright posture (read: not too much bum pressure), it might do. I'm comparing to a Trek 520, which is, in my opinion, very tough competition for comfort. The Sequioa is very smooth riding and handles fast, tight turns reasonably well. I consider it a Sports Sedan.
