Looks like a pretty good deal. There will always be opinions on which brands/components are better, so I'm sure many will chime in.
That said, I have an '06 Stumpjumper Disc and I love it. It was definitely the right bike for me, my size, the way I ride and the trails I frequent. I don't have to worry about upgrading anything right now... and can just wait until I break something before I consider a change in the basic dynamics. It's definitely a solid bike, as mine has been through a couple of nasty falls and crashes already.
I think the bike usually fares better than I do...
Ride it, see if you like it. Ride some other bikes in the price range and see if you like one more. Really, that's what it comes down to.
