how do you mount a caliper to this?
i found this:
Adapts frames with 22mm "Hayes" mounts on the seatstays to to accept international standard 51mm calipers. Will not work with chainstay mounts.
so does/did hayes make a 22mm caliper?? was this something that was made in the past and no longer?
