In the saddle again!

Hi All!

I began riding seriously about 12 years ago when I moved to Northern Virginia (Washington, D.C. area). Thanks to great trails, open country roads and the great group of folks in the Potomac Pedalers Bicycle Club I was able to get into pretty fantastic biking shape. By the time I had to move I was riding well over 500 miles a week (pulse rate of 38...yada..yada..yada).

I then moved to the Philly suburbs for a job and the rigors of the new job, another business I ran and a total lack of safe bicycling area (I was hit once and saw a friend seriously hurt in the space of a month). I reluctantly gave up biking...unfortunately, I didn't give up eating

Well, I'm now living in Florida and my weight is coming down...I've been riding my Diamondback Mountain Bike to get back in shape...and have hopes of soon getting back on to Bridgestone RB-2 (Pretty heavily modified).

There's pretty much nothing I'd rather be doing than being out on the road.

Anyway, if you're really bored and want to know more about me check out www.sealicemanor.com.

Thanks again for welcoming me to what appears to be a great forum!

Ken

P.S. Go Lance! Go Tyler! and for good sportsmanship! Go Jan!
