Panaracer T-Serv for Messenger 700x35c or 32s are a true high pressure folding, kevlar beaded, supple fattie with good flat protection. can't give them a mileage disclaimer, i haven't worn thru a pair yet!

if you want to keep using Conti's, running standard Gatorskins in a 32 might be an option for you...

also, if you entertain trying some gravel roads and the like, the Conti Travel Contacts are a very, very nice tire with superbly designed and ample center strip for speed... i think i run my 700x37 Travel Contacts at a relatively high 90 PSI as well, these are definetly rated higher PSI on the sidewalls than many fatboys and higher pressure than the discontinued Conti top tourers.....
