So his qualifications have nothing to do with being a Cat 1? What is the pending patent for? A patent application is a public document so there's no reason to keep it secret. If you give me the title or inventor's name I can look it up myself. But if his training plan is ride till you puke, i'm afraid there's little chance of a patent being awarded or that the program is being used at the OTC.
