I have a Polar (150 I think), and I asked this question a while back. And the answer I got was "no".

But, if you set any of the three ranges as your "middle" --- perhaps your primary "target" range, then at the end of the workout, it will give you the time spent in THAT range, plus the time outside the range on both sides, which effectively gave me what I wanted. Most of us, I would think, don't have three separate ranges that we're interested in on any one ride that aren't contiguous with each other.
