Boost Plus and Ensure Plus are very similar products, both of them good liquid food for cycling. I have tried both in the past few months and I like them. I drink one bottle before the start of a brevet to start the caloric intake right, and bring some with me to take if I start having problems eating or digesting enough solid food for fuel. It goes down real easily and it provides enough calories for an hour of riding at my speed. I prefer Ensure Plus because the bottle cap is easier to open while I am riding, and because I can get it cheaper in 24 packs at Costco.
