I just received an order (one hour ago) from them that I had placed on 7/25. I am here in GA not far from you. I also ordered the slow USPS as always on my orders with them. I think I got lucky this time as the last few orders did take up to 12 days from my order date. I think your case is a little extreme though. I know they are in OH so it shouldn't take more than a few days.:confused: I would call them if you haven't received by today and next time order 2nd day, I will.
I forgot to mention one problem they always seem to have is they charge me an extra penny out of my charge card that is not stated on my order receipt. It's only a penny but it still messes with my checking acct.
I should call them one day and act like I bounced 5 checks because of the one penny.
