There was a recent thread on here in which someone asked a similar question about putting headset cups into a headtube that was 0.2 mm too small. You might want to search for it...

I believe a well-equipped LBS could probably machine your head tube to accomodate the 30.2mm cups, if they don't fit. This would almost certainly be possible with a steel head tube, I'm less certain if it would be safe with a thin-walled aluminum head tube.
