For a little more than a month now, I've been using MotionBased to keep track of my rides. It provides some great features that crunch my data and spit it out in human friendly format.
Which is great... but I'm not sure how to best use those records and data analysis features to improve my riding abilities.
I can go there and replay my rides and see
exactly what I was doing at any given point in time. I can see which hills I had trouble on. Which corners were slower than they should be. Which flats were faster than usual because of a stronger than normal wind that day. I mean, it doesn't get much more granular than that.
So I guess my question is this: Is there any way to take those kinds of things and use them to my advantage? Anyone have tips for getting the most out of this great training tool?

MotionBased digest.
