Monday, Wednesday, Friday 35 miles on the bike
Tuesday, Thursday, ride 10 or 20 miles, run 2 or 3
Saturday I do at least a metric.
Sundays, I don't do squat.
I have a Bowflex in the basement that I use during the winter, but I should probably fit it in somewhere year round. It's probably me, but I find any kind of stationary exercize boring.
