You surely aren't arguing that one should keep a car, annual average cost $7500, purely on the basis that one MIGHT break a leg are you?
I'm not arguing anything, I'm merely looking at all sides of living car free. I'm interested.
Also an average car rental is $1260 for 6 weeks. That's at $30 a day, and the last few times I rented a car, it was more than that per day. That is a lot of money for someone who is on a budget and isn't playing to pay such costs.
They are called accidents for a reason, and they happen in all walks of life... Just wanted to get peoples opinions or examples of how they would or have handled such situations.
