Seattle folk - Helmet laws enforced? + help find LBS
I just moved to Seattle yesterday and I've got a couple of questions -

1. Are helmet laws enforced downtown? I know they're required by law, but do the cops harass bikers here?

2. Any know of a good bike shop downtown? I live at 6th and Marion and would like to find something close.
