Way to go jppe. While I try to eat sensibly most of the time, after a century all rules are off the table. Many times my friends and I will head to the nearest trough (all you can eat buffet) after a hard day on BRAG.
I figure riding long distances and eating healthy food is like being punished twice for the same crime. That's double jeopardy and we have rules against that in this country. I wouldn't want to be accused of hating America!
