Those studies are in dispute, and the more complete answer is that the calcium depletes your body of vitamin D. The calcium is not causing prostate cancer, but the lower levels of vitamin D is. Taking a good multivitamin, and asking your doctor, provided that he/she is a good doctor, to tell you what areas you are deficient in and what areas you should supplement is the best route.
