Welcome, mate. TAT is still around, just can't drag back the original bunch of bogans. SKS plastic fenders should run aboot AU$20 a pair. Some chrome ones with more coverage will be more expensive, and harder to fit. And don't knock the Elwood. I'm willing to bet it's quite comfortable.
