Tiff, sorry to hear you're out. Just make sure to get hill practice in on your own, and you can still get prepared for Poway. I'm still in. Otherwise, with my sister around, if I don't go out for a group ride, I probably won't get any significant riding mileage in since I'll have to play host if I'm around.
If I can get a ride in on Sunday, I think I'll start from home (HB) and head up NC. Basically, Sunday's route in reverse.
