Your closest place to meet people would be Portero and Westlake rest stop. I would guess about 9:00
Got it. I could climb Rock Store and meet up with the group at Kanan and Mulholland. Then go through HV, cutting off in Newbury Park and then back to home. Of if time allows, could go all the way to Tierra and then backtrack via Madera although that would consume more time that I'd probably have.
