Actually, isn't or should I say wasn't Spooky a US company. Can't remember for sure, but either way, they went out of business about 2 years ago. That fork is about a '99 vintage. It may or may not be a good deal. Depends on how hard it was ridden and how much abuse it's taken. From the pics, it's a mix of good and bad (o.k., older, not necessarily bad). What cranks are those? What wheels/hub/rims?

Hard to tell without closeup shots. I definately check for cracks around the welds. If he'll let you, take apart the headset and see if the headtube is ovalized. (biggest problem with DJ frames). You'll know if the headset bearing cups come out of the frame with just arm strength.
