As soon as I figure out and recover from my calf pain, I'm going to try a few at my new gym.
I'm seeing a girl who teaches an advanced spin class, and she wants me to come to her class. She says "oh you are a cyclist, you'll be fine... all you have to do is maintain 130rpms for a couple of minutes, thats the only hard part, you should already be used to the saddle part"
So I'm going to sneak into some beginner classes at my gym before being humiliated in her class.
