It's ordered.
I ordered Effective Cycling by John Forester yesterday from Barnes & Noble. I know I could have purchased it from sites such as Amazon.com, etc. But I prefere to support my local economy by buying from retailers here even if it is a higher price. Plus 9 times out of 10 if I order it online there is shipping & handeling which equals the same if not more as if I purchase it locally. Through Barnes & Noble S&H is free if I have it shipped to the store & pick it up there which is what I always do when I order a book.
