They put a couple of those on a major bike route around here, I've been wondering how slippery they'll get in the wet. Sorry you had to find out the hard way. I also see that the rubber "ramp" on the leading edges are curling up, that could get nasty too.
Maybe its time to send a few advocacy e-mails, just got to work out which council as this road forms a municipal boudary.
