Hm. I change in the open every day. I don't know why I'd take up a stall just to change. There's a bench in our bathroom, and a shower, but even if there weren't it wouldn't cross my mind to go into a stall to change.
One interesting point, our group recently moved into a new building. The bench in the bathroom in this building is in full view of the outside when the door is open. I really don't care who's looking at me, and I figure if anyone complains I'll tell them to move the damn bench.
