I used the same page to adjust my front derailer a couple weeks ago on my triple. Mine was off by quite a bit. Probably from cable stretch. It got mine almost perfect. After I went out for a 30 mile ride, all I needed was to make a 1/4 turn on the large ring limit and a 1/4 turn of the tension for the middle ring. Now it's perfect. The is a great site. I printed out a hard copy so I will always have it.
