First, You need to explain that the glue needs to dry completely before the patch is installed. According to the video, the patch is installed straight away after the glue is applied.
Second, the tire doesn't need to be completely removed from the wheel before the tube is installed. 90% of my tube changes take place on the road. I just place the tube in the tire while it's still on the wheel.
Third, the handlebars are on backwards.
