I am 5'4" @ 240# (down from 310) - hope to drop some lbs this winter - haven't been riding lately - got clipped by a truck in July (nothing too serious but my courage was bruised a bit)
I know it isn't an excuse but it scared me the bejezzus out of me and it took a month or better to get back out on the road. Back in saddle happy to say and looking to lose!
