Anyone else had anything similar happen? I'm riding down the street in Philadelphia today, near the Chinatown prison, and an SUV rolls up along side me. The woman driving yelled out the window at me, "You are not to be in the road!" and then called me a few nasty names. The interesting part was, she was wearing a Department of Corrections uniform. This is the second time I've had trouble on the road with a DOC employee in uniform. I got the tag number of her vehicle, think it is worth my time to write the PA DOC?
