We need coverage for a month in Eastern europe.

We are not US citizens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you? The answers will vary depending! Have you tried your home insurer? In the UK, the Nationwide would cover you for that. Also in the UK, the CTC approved Butterworths will do the job as well for the bike, and you could get separate medical cover. We have gone with the BMC (British Mountaineering Council) for medical as their policy covers bike touring as a primary activity and will cover part of the bicycles if stolen/damaged while riding.
