My day job is a chemical engineer in the oil refining business, so aiming high with a safety target (we have the goal of "zero incidents") is common in my industry, and I'm glad you're taking the same philosophy to the MS rides. Believe me, I know how it sucks sometimes to be the bad cop. But it sounds like in the end those riders respected where you were coming from.
