Wow, two of my favorite hand-built Italian machines in one thread! =)

If it's any interest, the same family that started Columbus tubing for bicycles also owned Gilco, makers of tubular chassis for Ferrari race and road cars in the early 1950s. In fact, some Columbus sticker decals on bikes have the Gilco name on them as well.
