Hi All,
I'm a recent transplant from Washington, DC (not state), and former NCAA cross country runner looking to get into cyclocross, duathlons, and maybe triathlons. I've never trained for competitive riding, but am looking forward to the challenge. Training suggestions and training partners (run, bike, swim) are greatly appreciated.
