Short and sweet answer NO!!! Never buy bike stuff from anything but a bike shop or a dedicated online bike supply vendor. X-mart stuff is pure garbage.
Thorn resistant tubes are ok but they're heavy. I 'd try some Earthguards or Tuffy strips first . However before running out and buying stuff FIND THE PROBLEM. Buing stuff does nothing if the problem manifests itself again. Check your rim tape (the rubber band looking thing that goes over the spokes on the inside of the rim. Also have you run the tube an inch or so from your lips to find the hole? The lips are sensitive to the air escaping from a hole in the tube, failing that try the bathtub and look for bubbles
