Ok, it's simple. Leave my house, head west on Mast, get onto the 52, take the 52 to Santo, exit santo, south to Clairmont, east to Ruffin, Ruffin/Kearney to Miramar/Pomerado, east on Pomerado, Right on Scripps, Right on 67, Right before mapleview at the Lakeside sign, right on Channel, right on Riverford, Left onto El Nopal. I'm pretty sure it was 5000+, could be 3000+, but anyway, it's lots of uphill in 30 miles. Another route which wouldn't kill everyone would be east out old 80 to Willow and back, 20-25 miles uphill, 20-25 down. Of course, I'm on a recumbent, and you know those don't climb.
