I live on the edge of an urban area and don't venture into busy downtown streets very often. But, other than being low, it's no problem. Starting and stopping on my Fujin or my Baron is easier than on my highracer. I'm very comfortable in traffic until I get into 4 lane stoplight taffic with no shoulder but that's more from lack of experience than anything else.
