Best training for Time Trial? In need of suggestions
I am training for time trial in our group.
They are a lot of fast guys in our group, they have no job, and they just bike all day.
I definitely wanted to get some advantage.
I do bike a lot also, these last two weeks I put up around 500+ miles and more than 10K
How do I train for a 16 miles TT?
last time I timed myself, my ride was at 23.2 miles per hour it was painful. But I wanted to get faster?
How do you train for this?
Do I train everyday without recovery?
Do I do intervals?
How do I tackle this, go all out or pace myself?
I am a spinner, do I spin this out or mash it?
Any help would be great.
