How much have you watched Cyclysm?

I really want to watch the race coverage on OLN, but so far I've seen only ONE show this entire season. There's just too much going on at that time. Today I was still out riding.

I don't have TIVO or a VCR so if I miss it at 4PM (CST) I'm SOL.

Anyone else just busy doing other things on Sunday afternoon to drop everything to watch OLN? I sure wish they'd put it on Thursday primetime again.

Here in California it starts at 2pm. I headed out for my ride at 8am, put in 72 miles, stopped for coffee at Peet's, and caught all of the Tour De Georgia. After the ride, it felt nice to grab a beer and sit in front of the TV for a couple of hours.

Paris-Nice, Amstel Gold, today's Tour De Georgia....and I think I saw one more that I can't remember.

I usually just TIVO it and watch it when I can.

VCRs are pretty expensive - at least 50 bucks these days. I haven't missed one of them.

On at 5 here on the east coast. I've watched all but one of them them so far, and most were good, some excellent. I did miss one week because I was out riding, but I just try to ride earlier. The week with the Amstel Classic was poor, although the Redlands(?) race was interesting. I've only read about some of the classics before, so actually seeing them has been fun. I really enjoyed the Tour De Georgia that they showed today (especially Lance sucking Floyd Landis' wheel on the next-to-last stage!).

i watched the first few of them as they were aired. Now I tape them and watch them later in the evening. It cuts the two hour show by 20 minutes; plus, I really get sick of the same six commercials over and over.

However, if it was not for those commercials; the show would not air so I feel mildly guilty.

Now that I think about it the kids have a tv/vcr combo on the TV where they play gamecube.

Anyone taking bets that I'll remember to set it up to record next week?

I have DVR with my Dish service to a record them and watch them later on. Seen every one and am glad OLN is showing what they do.

Except for this weekend, I have never watched it when it was broadcast. Thanks to Tivo, I have not missed any of the races that have been on.

Tivo works well for me. BUT now that my tivo is all filled up with tons of racing, I need to dump or else Tivo won't tape.

I've got to hook up my tivo to my laptop so I can download that stuff and free up space.

I thought the finger pointing Lance did to Floyd just before the finish line of that stage was in pretty poor taste. But considering it was Lance, I guess it was in character.

Lance can be a poor loser when it comes to holding grudges if folks decide to pursue their own futures. :-/

The two things that changed my life my drastically were: 1) the birth of my child 2) TIVO. Without TIVO, TV is not worth living!

I really think Tivo really changed tv viewing. Once other cable companies caught on, they all included the idea of pausing tv and setting DVR's to record your shows and such.
