Crit Fashion Faux Paux?

Would wearing a sleeveless be considered uncooth? It supposed to be hot as hell this weekend, and I have not seen others doing it, then again, I see few riders my size

I know its a no-no. Just wanted to make sure.

I believe some regulations require sleeved (short sleeves) jerseys.

yeah, i'm pretty sure it is a USCF rule that you have to have sleeves. is it a USCF race? i would guess it is a rule under almost any governing body

To get around this rule, you could always cut your shoulders off and somehow get your arms to stick to your body. Good luck steering though.

If you are buying a new jersey try to find one that has a long zipper. It definately helps the ventilation.

I was just in a series of races where the organizer specified that sleeved jerseys must be worn. I normally ride with sleeveless jerseys because I like the feel of them better than the tight sleeves on the aero sized jerseys that I prefer.

Just get some sweatproof costume makeup and paint your sleeves on.

If you *really* want to get a rise out of the USCF guy, be sure to fold the edges of your number under, too!

Have you ever seen anyone racing in a T-shirt... he's the guy that planned to race in a sleeveless.
