Don't know if this is really a racing question...

I noticed last summer that you never see Descente cycling gear anymore. Several years ago, that was one of the class brands. Anybody know what happened to them?

I saw a really good review of their winter gloves.
It's always been quality stuff - I have a jacket that's lasted for over 20 years now.

Descente USA is now part of Veltec - the company that distributes Colnago, Sidi, and some other products in the US.

Always look at the post date before adding a reply but thanks for the blast from the past. Oh, and I'm rocking all sorts of Descente gear -- guess they got things turned around these past seven years.

Everything is kept.... it's just that sometimes morons don't think before they reply the threads they searched for. Oops, that was rude. At least it wasn't a newb.
