Looking for LA & SF races cat 4
I am an east-coaster who will be in LA the second weekend in March, and in SanFran the third weekend in March. I was wondering if there were going to be any local crits, TTs, or RRs that I could get in while away from east coast racing. Thanks in advance.

www.ncnca.org/road for things in northern cal.
the only thing that looks within driving distance is the Land Park crit on the 18th of Match. That is a nice crit. I believe it is an oval shape though so it's crash prone because a lot of the newbies get lazy and don't watch out. The more technical courses force people to be more alert. the race is in sacramento though. For you that might be a bit of a drive, but it's certainly easier to get to than the other things on ncnca for that weekend.

I think the Zamora road race is tentatively scheduled for Sunday March 19 on the NCNCA calendar. I haven't seen a race flyer for it yet though. It's about an hours drive from SF and is pretty flat with some rollers.

Thanks for the info! Unfortunately, it looks like I chose a bad weekend for racing (the SF races would be Ok, but they start a bit too late in the morning). I really appreaciate the help though! William
