hi everone i'm a local racer and i've stop trainin' for almost half year to prepare my public exam,and the examz are almost finish now it will finish at 22nd
so i need to go back trainin'.
actually i'm 20 poundz heavier than half year ago
so i have to loss alots of weight
and i can't sprint as fast as i used to be!!
does anyone can give me some advice on get back trainin'
